Willingham Community Plan

We are pleased to share with you the analysis and full report from the Questionnaire sent to all residents in 2021. This plan is a truly collaborative effort aimed at providing hard data to aid decision making and information to enhance the quality of life for all residents of Willingham, for present and future generations.

The Community Plan questionnaire was designed to find out what matters most to people living in Willingham and to give everyone an opportunity to share their views about the village, its facilities and its future. The questionnaire was available both online and as printed copy and consisted of 188 questions covering all aspects of life in Willingham. It covered a wide range of topics affecting village life, from transport, housing and the environment to local services, facilities and the wider community. The responses we received provided the evidence used to identify the key findings and priorities explored throughout the Community Plan.

The Final Report brings together the complete Willingham Community Plan in one document, including the findings and analysis from every section, the Summary Report and a historical preface looking back at previous community planning in Willingham. It provides a comprehensive record of the project, from its historical context through to the views and priorities expressed by residents today.
